Our MULTIMEDIA PROJECTS are founded on extensive public presentations experience and are specifically designed to facilitate highly efficient BOARDROOM OVERHEAD PROJECTIONS as well as INDIVIDUAL BROWSING. That is, our CD ROM presentations are created with special care to avoid the complexity of handling and informational overloads and to allow the smooth harmony between still frames, moving pictures and verbal arguments.

DEL MAR VILLA
Perspectives and interior panoramas of Tuscan style villa in California are applied in a promotional brochure, in large posters as well as in a CD ROM multimedia presentation... The version presented here is our simplified (for the Web prepared) version of a virtual tour. The client is wishing to stay anonymous...

BELVEDERE PROJECT
Residential development presented by VR panoramas and perspectives with a simple clickable plan. This small Web multimedia presentation is the part of a project which also included design and production of a CD ROM presentation, graphic design and printing of large and medium size outdoor and indoor posters as well as A4 fliers... The project is commissioned by M.S.Homes, Melbourne (Australia).

Darling Street Apartments, South Yarra (Project commissioned by Reine & Horne, Essendon.)

DARLING STREET APARTMENTS
This project is comprised of 1 EXTERIOR, 2 INTERIOR PERSPECTIVES, 1 interior VR PANORAMA as well as of one 3D FLOORPLAN per each level of the building. One additional perspective applicable for printing is extracted from the panorama. PHOTOGRAPHS including AERIAL SHOTS (low level baloon photos and the City view aeroplane shots) are provided by our studio. The Oko Art Studio also provided interactive maps, design and scripting services...

Mondo Project, Moonee Ponds(Project commissioned by Salcorp Group)

MONDO APARTMENTS ANIMATION
Here is a simple Web interface presenting visual materials used for marketing of Mondo project in Moonee Ponds (Melbourne). The heighlight of the project was an animation clip presented as a part of promotional screening as well as a kiosk type self-running demo in a display apartment... Small part of the animation is included in this cluster of pages.

CATERPILLAR ANIMATION
A visual study of an industrial development aiming to empower boardroom arguments. This small Web multimedia cluster is a Web alternative of simple CD ROM presentation which was the basis of the animation project. In the following room a web_adjusted MPEG sequence from the project is included together with screen-shots and the panorama. The animation is just a thumbnail version and the segment of one long drive-through 'shot'.

A HOME WALK THROUGH
An animation project presenting future cosy residential conversion... This project does not include any additional multimedia support. Please note, such projects are done for CD ROM presentations and they take some time to be downloaded over the Internet before the playback...

Fast and Efficient Animation Packages

Animation clips included in these pages are small samples adjusted to the Internet technology... Our animation projects done for boardroom presentations (overhead projections) are usually embedded in similar simple clickable screens which allow the control of the timing by presenters themselves ('basic animation package')... The principal difference is the size and resolution of animation... That is, boardroom animation clips can look spectacular in comparison to the small mpeg files included in these pages... The quality of the boardroom display is carefully adjusted to the specific hardware available to our clients and ultimately depends on it...

Thanks to the skills of our team members and a powerful rendering system set in our studio we produce top animation projects in a very short time... The BASIC ANIMATION PACKAGE which includes 1,5 minutes long animation clip (specifically adjusted to your computer) embedded in a screen presentation with a clickable map and several popping still images usually takes just two weeks to be produced (for medium size interior or exterior projects). Besides the high-end CD ROM multimedia presentations such projects can be adjusted to low bit rates and applied in the Internet.

VR Panoramas...
360 Degree Paintings

Comparing to many other providers of 360 degree panoramas who are merely stitching photographs on virtual spheres or cylinders by using special camera lenses and software, we primarily create panoramas, flybys and walkthroughs of objects and environments WHICH DO NOT EXIST... That is to say, the projects we do, hence also the projects of which the simplified versions are included on these pages, could not be photographed... They were created on the basis of architectural plans before the beginning of the construction...

The stitching, therefore, appears as an artistic 3D illusion and the representation of an actual space. Therefrom follows our understanding that THE ART OF PAINTING PRECEDES THE ART OF CUT-AND-PASTE...
Our team has lifetimes of successful painting and drawing background as well as decades of computer visualisations experience... We defined elsewhere that we understand Fly-Bys as animation in 2D visual field which rotate focussed objects in 3D space as well as the screen-image-like illusion of subjects orbiting around the objects. Yet it might be necessary to distinguish two quite different underlying systems which might determine the different understandings of the term 'Fly-by'...

Magnify details and walk through...

An attractive way of visual presentation of your projects which is equally applicable for individual CD ROM browsing and for the Internet is a ´hot spots´ scene. Such multimedia presentations allow your clients to approach to particular parts of your building and investigate details... This involvement creates an individual experience of the space before it is created in physical world... ´I have been there and I shared the experience of investigating this space´ is the feeling that sticks deep in ones subconscious. The engagement itself creates a kind of tension which often results with a positive feeling about the project itself.
